The journey to perfection is never an easy one..
When I first started my weightloss journey, I wasn't very educated about the RIGHT way to lose weight, so I ended up losing 20 pounds in a month that was mostly muscle mass, not fat.. I've decided to start from scratch, the healthy way. This blog will basically be a scrapbook of thinspo, weightloss tips, inspirational quotes, and a record of my progress. :)
